Hitting 200 reps of kettlebell Snatch in 10 minutes with one hand switch is a hallmark for Snatch mastery in the Kettlebell Sport community. Maintaining a pace of 20 reps per minute means the lifter exemplifies a high level of technical efficiency, as well as the cardiovascular capacity to maintain that pace for 10 minutes.

This program is for experienced lifters who are technically sound enough to push a fast pace without losing form. Novice lifters should train with my 4-Week Snatch Program before attempting the 200 Rep Snatch Program. The program can be used in the 8 weeks leading up to a competition, which is plenty of time to prepare for a 10 minute Snatch set.
