Energetic Effect Kettlebell Workout

All too often we rush through our daily lives and stress about all of the things we need to get done. Exercising can seem like a chore on top of all that, especially when you think about it as something that’s going to deplete your energy stores further. This week, I encourage you to look at your workouts as a way to INCREASE your energy. By that I mean take your time, enjoy the movement, and focus on quality over quantity. You might find that by slowing down and finding joy in the movement, you’ll feel more energized to go about the rest of your day. Let me know how it goes in the comments!

  • Around the world 20 per direction

  • Simba squat 10

  • Dead hang snatch 5 per side

  • Divebomber push up 5-8 (choose between options 1 and 2)
