Here's a brutal workout to try

I was inspired by the workout Rachinski had a few of the guys do last weekend at Texas Kettlebell Academy, so I decided to recreate it.

I completed 50 reps with 2x12kg, 2x14kg, and 2x16kg, then finished with 30 reps at 2x20kg. I rested about 5 minutes between each set.
