Workout Instructions

Complete 2-3 sets of the following exercises:

  • Narrow stance deadlift 10

  • Narrow short stance around the body handoff 10 in each direction, then switch legs & repeat

  • Crush grip squat 10

  • Square stance shin circle 10 reps each direction, per leg

  • Pushup 10
