Single Arm Strong Kettlebell Workout

One of the benefits of kettlebell training is you can weight your body unilaterally to provide a unique stimulus which will improve strength and coordination of both sides of your body, which in turn helps you move better overall. If each limb and side of your body gets stronger on its own, it follows that the entire body will be stronger when they work together. Additionally, each exercise in the workout below combines multiple movements in one, which means you get more muscular work in a shorter period of time. Enjoy!

Cycle through the following 4 exercises for 15 minutes:

  1. Split squat thruster 8 per side

  2. Single arm renegade row 5 per side

  3. Single leg deadlift row 8 per side

  4. Z press 5 per side
