Try this beginner Kettlebell Sport workout. Warm up with an 8kg kettlebell doing 10 swings per side, 10 cleans per side, 10 jerks per side, and 10 snatches per side. Follow that with 3 x 4 minute sets, starting with Long Cycle (clean and jerk), then Jerk, and finally Snatch.
