Breathing Series Part 3: Kettlebell Snatch
Backswing - Exhale to get a longer back swing and relax shoulder and hand.
Upward swing - Inhale to lift chest as bell sweeps up.
Overhead lockout - Exhale as you catch the bell in lockout.
Turn and drop - Inhale to inflate chest and prevent rounding of the back as the arm and bell drop down to meet the body.
