Seated Upper Body Kettlebell Workout

Grab a seat and a pair of light kettlebells! This workout is accessible to anyone, including those with lower body injuries or anyone in a wheelchair.

Complete 2-5 rounds:

  1. Chicken wing 10

  2. Bottoms up curl 5 per arm (go light, this one is tough!)

  3. Shoulder circle 5 per direction

  4. Alternating shoulder circle 5 per direction

  5. Tricep extension 10

  6. Barn door 10
