Totally Toned Kettlebell Workout

Tone your whole body with this kettlebell workout! All you need is 1-2 light to medium weight kettlebells.

Set a timer for 15-30 minutes and cycle through the following 5 exercises:

  1. Goblet split squat 8 per side

  2. Bottoms up curl & press 4 per arm (use a very light weight for this one!)

  3. Handcuff kickstand hinge 8 per side

  4. Pushup to kettlebell tap 8 total (4 per arm)

  5. Alternating swing & gooseneck 8 total (4 per exercise)
