Standing Kettlebell Kore Workout

I’m a big fan of total body workouts. It’s part of why I love kettlebell training so much — you can get an amazing full body workout with a single bell in a matter of minutes. So while today’s workout is labeled as a kore (core) workout, it’s really a total body workout… that will definitely make your core sore! (I love a good rhyme almost as much as a good pun.) And yes, I know that pelvic tilts can look and feel silly, and I promise you that if you give them a real shot they will change your life (and your back health). Complete 2-3 sets of the following exercises:

  • Pelvic tilt (with bell behind the head) 10

  • Static figure 8 10 per direction

  • Standing knee to elbow 10 per side

  • Oblique swing 10 per side

  • Rotational clean 10 per arm
