Swing-Push Switch Workout

Swings and push ups are two of my favorite strength training exercises. Swings are an awesome way to target the glutes and hamstrings, while push ups work the shoulders, back, abs, and arms all in one! In this workout, combine 3 different variations of the swing with 3 different variations of the push up to get a great workout.

You'll start with 5 repetitions of each, then increase by 1 repetition every round until you reach your limit.
