Kettlebell Flow Fit Workout 2.0

My first Kettlebell Flow Fit workout had a lot of views on my YouTube channel, so I decided to make a version 2.0 incorporating a couple new flow movements I've been practicing! 

Complete the following exercises with 15 seconds of rest between exercises:

1) Goblet squat 30 seconds

2) Rotational clean to press (alternating) 30 seconds

3) Two arm clean to side lunge 30 seconds per side

4) Snatch 30 seconds per side

Rest 1 minute after each round, and complete 3-5 rounds. For an extra challenge, flow through the last round without resting between exercises!
