Hone your half kneeling kettlebell skills with this workout!

  • Superset 1 x 3 sets: Half kneeling swing 10 per side, Kneel to squat 10

  • Superset 2 x 3 sets: Half kneeling BU C&P 5 per side, Pause goblet squat 8

  • Superset 3 x 3 sets: Half kneeling snatch to windmill 5 per side, 180 Jump squat 10 total

  • Complete 1 minute x 2 sets of the following half kneeling complex: Swing-BU C&P-Snatch to windmill
