Press Party Kettlebell Workout

It’s a double overhead press party!!! Let’s work on increasing your pressing strength.

The focus of this workout is on performing 8 sets of 4 overhead press reps at a weight that you can press for 6-8 reps maximum. Each set should be fairly challenging; you will need several minutes of rest between sets if you are using the appropriate weight.

Between overhead press sets, complete 5 swings per side, 5 double front squats, and 5 cleans per side. Use a weight that you can perform 10 repetitions per side with, and take as much rest as you like between exercises.
