Train Anywhere Bodyweight Workout

This week I'm mixing it up and giving you a bodyweight workout to try! I love bodyweight workouts for the simple fact that you can do them anywhere, anytime. Sometimes having less space and equipment allows for more creativity than the opposite. After you try this routine, I encourage you to come up with your own bodyweight routine that you can utilize anytime you need a quick workout and you are short on time, space, or equipment! 

Rotate through the following exercises for 20-30 minutes:

  1. Royal coil 10s max contraction per side

  2. Front leg swing 10 per side

  3. Lateral leg swing 10 per side

  4. Incline push up 10 reps

  5. Plyometric step up 20 total

  6. Shoulder rotation 10 per direction

  7. 180 split squat 20 total
